I am in my 30's and my skin was becoming as bad as it was when I was a teenager - hormonal breakouts becoming worse and prolonged.

Having suffered once before, I really didn't want to go through the same again. This was affecting my confidence and I was desperate for help.

I considered going to my GP, but didn't want to end up taking medication that would only treat the symptoms - I wanted to get to the cause and put that right.
