Frozen Shoulder

Dear Stephen, a long overdue line to say thank you for your treatment of my very severe and debilitating frozen shoulder.

Although it has been some time since I last saw you (approx 3 months) I am pleased to report that apart from occasional stiffness after certain movements all is well; quite remarkable after some eight months of inactivity (I couldn't even dress myself) and extreme tear jerking pain.

It has been some thirty odd years since an acupuncturist in North London cured me, after six weeks treatment, of Migraine. That condition has never returned and I now wonder after that experience why I waited so long to seek your help! Next time I wont wait so long.

I would just like to say that I must admit that I was very sceptical when my sister suggested acupuncture for a painful shoulder, the remains of a pulled muscle, which I did several months previous.  I found Stephen in Yellow Pages and as he was very local to where I lived, (his Hellesdon practice) I made an appointment very much with with tongue in cheek.

He put me at ease once I had arrived.  Explained acupuncture to me and asked me very detailed questions, especially as I was diabetic.  He said that the treatment may take longer because of this.  Anyway after five treatments I must admit that my shoulder is just about better.  Only exercise will complete the process.  Thank you very much Stephen.
